Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Slime Girl Life, a web service for managing club rosters, announcements, approved images and VRChat world feeds. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Wichtv Streaming Services. For questions about these terms, contact spottedukteam@gmail.com. Replace this description and add the provider's registered address before adopting these terms as your final legal terms.

3. Accounts and access

You must sign in through the supported ChatGPT or Discord sign-in flow and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping access to your account secure. You must not share access in a way that allows another person to impersonate you or manage a club without permission.

4. Discord and VRChat connections

Discord and VRChat are separate services. Club creation and dashboard access require an active paid Group membership. Link Discord and verify your VRChat profile to use it. Personal VIP is a separate membership and does not include club creation. The site checks your public VRChat bio to verify ownership and uses your linked Discord account to manage website roles.

5. Uploaded content and approvals

All Group tiers include banners and posters. Slime CEO 3 also includes wall and floor textures. You must own the content or have permission to use it, and you must have the rights needed to display it in the service and VRChat world. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive or privacy-invasive material. Submitted images are hidden from the world until approved by staff. We may reject or remove content that breaches these terms or creates legal, safety or operational risk.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe or attack its systems, upload malicious code, harvest personal data, or use feeds to facilitate harassment, discrimination, fraud or unlawful activity. You must not use the service to impersonate another person or organisation.

7. Plans and subscriptions

Personal memberships are Slime Supporter ($5 USD/month), Slime Enthusiast ($8 USD/month) and Slime Lord ($10 USD/month). Group memberships are Slime VIP 1 ($5 USD/month), Slime Elite 2 ($8 USD/month) and Slime CEO 3 ($10 USD/month). Group tiers include one club and 8, 12 or 12 dedicated staff respectively. Elite 2 includes five Personal Tier 2 memberships; CEO 3 includes fifteen Personal memberships at Tiers 1–3. Included benefits end when the sponsoring plan is no longer eligible. Existing paid Pro and Elite subscriptions retain their billing terms. Stripe or PayPal processes recurring payments. Review the total and recurring payment terms at checkout. Paid features activate after confirmed payment. Cancel renewal from the shop; access continues until the paid period ends. If site staff ban a club, suspend its owner account, or blacklist the club owner, the latest eligible paid period is automatically refunded to the original payment method and renewal is cancelled. Provider processing times apply. Unlinking accounts or deleting a club does not cancel billing. Contact site staff for billing support.

8. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the service, software, branding and original materials. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the licence needed for us to host, process, moderate and display it as part of your club and its VRChat feed. You grant that licence for as long as the content is submitted and for a reasonable period needed to remove backups and cached copies.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. VRChat, shop subscriptions, hosting providers, networks and third-party systems may affect the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, respond to a security incident, or enforce these terms. Where reasonably practical, we will explain the reason and restore access when the issue is resolved. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. It forms part of these terms for information about privacy, but does not change your statutory data protection rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and may bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction under applicable UK consumer law.
